Don't Let Go of the Potato!

Today I was doing my language arts homework, and we had to insert punctuation (commas, colons, and  semicolons) into paragraphs that were on our worksheet.  The last few sentences on my work sheet were this "Cahuns sum up their outlook on life in the following saying: lache pas la patate, which means "don't let go of the potato". What a great way to tell people not to lose their grip!"  Interesting huh....  At first I thought they were lying, but when I looked it up, sure enough it was true! :) I think this might be my new motto!
